Give your customers a plan

Instructions

  1. Write a process plan that lists between 3 and 6 steps.
Describe the steps they need to take to buy your product. If there are more than 6 steps, combine them into phases and describe the phases. Even if there are 20 or 30 steps, you don’t want to overwhelm them at the start.

  2. Write a post-process plan that lists between 3 and 6 steps
Describe the steps they need to take to use your product after they have bought it. If there are more than 6 steps, break them down into phases.

  3. Write an agreement plan for your customer
List all the things your customer might be concerned about, and counter that list with agreements that will alleviate their fears. Use values that you share with your customers.

  4. Give your plans a title
Think of something that can increase the perceived value, like the “easy installation plan”, or “customer satisfaction agreement”.
