Give your body a rest


  1. Sleep. 
    You should sleep at least eight hours a day.
  2. Spend 30 minutes with your loved one every day.
    Go for a walk with them or just simply have a conversation. 
  3. Spend 30 minutes doing physical activity every day.
    You can go bicycling, jogging, or do yoga. 
  4. Spend 30 minutes paying attention to the food you’re eating.
    Do not eat your food while working or watching TV. 
  5. Spend 30 minutes doing whatever you want.
    This is YOUR time.
