Give others ownership of change

  4. Be flexible and adaptable throughout the change process.
    Admit mistakes and modify your approach where appropriate.

  5. Constantly demonstrate your belief in and commitment to the change.
    Indicate your confidence in your team’s ability to implement change.

  6. Appreciate and recognize those implementing change.
    They will be motivated to do better.
