    Openly share everyone’s goals, from the CEO down. Have individuals link their objectives to the company’s game plan, identify cross-dependencies, and coordinate between teams.

  3. Track for accountability.
    Make sure team goals are quantifiable and track them using real data. Then have periodic check-ins, objective gradings, and continuous reassessments.

  4. Stretch for amazing.
    Test your team’s limits with challenging tasks and afford them the freedom to fail. Push them to release their most creative and ambitious drives.
