  1. Eliminate bad habits.
    Eating between meals, spending too much time on social networks, doing things we don’t enjoy, toxic relationships and debts - they make us fragile. 
  2. Work with one habit at a time.
    It is best to focus on one aspect you want to improve in your life, master it, then move to the next one. For example, start by cutting sugar from your diet, then move to add vegetables to your meals, eat out only once a week, and so on.
