Get enough sleep

Instructions

  1. Aim for at least seven to eight hours of sleep per night.
    Sleep is an antiaging tool because when we sleep, we generate melatonin. A hormone known to strengthen our immune system slows down the onset of Alzheimer’s disease and fights heart disease.

  2. Compensate for the lack of sleep with healthy habits.
    Eat a balanced diet, take a walk outside in the sun every day, avoid stress and nocive habits.
