Get an accountability partner or sign an agreement with them.

If you need extra motivation to follow your new habit, get an accountability partner. This is a very strong motivator.


  1. Get an accountability partner, that will support you to achieve your goal.
    It can be your friend, a coach, etc.

  2. If something is truly important to you, sign an agreement with your accountability partner.
    The agreement will specify what habits you will do, and what punishment you will receive if you don’t follow them. For example, you must pay $20 each time you skip a workout.
