Generalize correctly

Instructions

  1. Keep generalizing.
The Generalization Instinct is beneficial when used wisely. You don’t need to stop categorizing thoughts because they might seem incorrect. Just do it efficiently.

  2. Detect differences between groups.
For example, when comparing more countries, search for the differences first.

  3. Search for similarities between groups.
Find similarities between the groups you differentiated. Doing this will give you a clear perspective.

  4. Consider the majority.
Beware of what “majority” means: more than half. When items of the same group exceed this limit, they can be considered “majority.”
