  1. Think about the last time you became anxious
    Note it down on a sheet of paper.

  2. Try to remember what you did and didn’t know about the situation.
    Draw two columns - label them “knew” and “didn’t know”. Note what you knew under the “knew” column and what you didn’t know under the “didn’t know” column.

  3. Count how many things you knew and didn’t know
    How prevalent were the “unknowns”?
