Think about the last time you became anxious 
 Note it down on a sheet of paper.
- 
Try to remember what you did and didn’t know about the situation. 
 Draw two columns - label them “knew” and “didn’t know”. Note what you knew under the “knew” column and what you didn’t know under the “didn’t know” column.
- 
Count how many things you knew and didn’t know 
 How prevalent were the “unknowns”?
