Follow the 24-hour fasting protocol to lose weight


  1. Start fasting immediately after lunch on day one to before lunchtime the next day.
    Alternatively, you can fast from dinner on day one until just before dinner the next day.
  2. Practice this type of fasting four times a week to achieve your desired results.
  3. Eat only diets that are low in refined carbohydrates and high in natural fats on eating days.
    Low-carb foods including leafy green vegetables, cauliflower, broccoli, olive oils, etc, will limit the number of calories you consume.
  4. Strive to eat whole, unprocessed foods on eating days. 
    Examples include seafood, legumes, grains, and fruits. Unprocessed foods are generally considered healthy since they do not have additives.
