Follow the 16-hour fasting protocol to lose weight slowly over a period of time


  1. Fast for 16 hours a day. 
    For example, you can opt to fast from 7 pm to 11 am daily.  This leaves you with an 8-hour eating window every day. 
  2. Opt to skip your morning meal every day.
    Experts have revealed that most people do not really feel hungry in the mornings, so it’s quite easy to skip breakfast. 
  3. Decide on the number of meals you want to eat within the eight-hour daily window.
    Experts recommend two to three meals within this period.
  4. Combine your fast with low-carb diets including foods like broccoli, cauliflower, olive oil, leafy green vegetables, etc. 
    When you eat these foods, you limit your number of calories, which is a good thing for your weight loss journey.
