  2. Confront your biggest fear to gain control over it
    For example, if you’re scared of public speaking, stand up and speak for a few minutes during your next meeting. It won’t seem so scary any longer.
  3. Filter your environment
    What sorts of information are you exposed to on a daily basis? Does it help or hinder you from your goals?
