Set and accomplish goals


  1. Formulate your goals in a way that is positive, immediate, concrete, and specific.
    Make sure these goals are relevant to you. Write all these goals down.
  2. Incorporate productivity techniques to help you accomplish your goals.
    You may use the Pomodoro Technique, practice meditation, create a list of your two to three most important tasks (MITs) or set an artificial deadline.
