Focus on what matters to you


  1. Skip the morning check-in.
    Resist the urge to check your infinity pools, including Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, and Youtube as soon as you wake up. You could get caught up with the latest updates.

  2. Ignore the news.
    Read the news once a week.  Breaking news will find you and the rest are not urgent.

  3. Turn off your wifi while flying.
    Airplanes provide the perfect opportunity to read, write and think.

  4. Cancel your home internet.
    This will prevent you from spending hours idling on one app or another.

  5. Turn distraction apps into tools.
    For example, instead of just using Facebook for entertainment, you could use it to promote your business.
