Focus on positive ideals to change the thoughts in your subconscious mind

Instructions

  1. Decide which ideals are most important to you.
    Think about work, family, and leisure time, and identify the things you want to change. Consider your own emotional issues too. For example, do you want to be more productive or confident?

  2. Focus on those positive ideals.
    Take five minutes each day to sit quietly and think about those ideals. Accept them fully into your mind.

  3. Repeat daily.
    Do this daily, and those ideals will be ingrained in your subconscious mind.
