Focus on doing what you do best

Instructions

  1. Make a list of all business activities you do in a week
Be thorough and objective because it’s the only way to identify which are more, and which are less important or productive.

  2. Identify three activities in which you excel
These are your strengths and things you do successfully, without too much effort.

  3. Identify activities that other people can do for you
You can delegate these activities and focus on what you do best.

  4. Identify activities that are not essential for your work
Say “No” to these activities and “dump” them.
