Plan your week in advance.

The less clutter there is around you, the less cluttered your mind is.
Consider having a small bag that is always packed with items such as underwear, books, clothes, and toiletries.
This makes it easy for you to go on impromptu trips to secure deals. Besides, it’s also liberating that you do not have to wait for your luggage once you arrive at your destination.
Set morning and evening routines.
However, listen to your body and consider sleeping extra hours whenever you feel like your body needs recovery.
