Find great ideas all around you.

Instructions

  1. Write down ten things you are grateful for at the end of each day.
Finding new ideas starts with appreciating daily what you already have: access to information, opportunities, the food on your table, the roof over your head, etc. Practice gratefulness on a daily basis.

  2. Keep a journal of ideas.
Notes can be so valuable to you in personal and professional development. When reading a book, listening to a podcast, or at a conference, take notes and review them often. Keeping a journal of ideas is a great resource.

  3. When learning something new, be a student and not just a follower.
Learn from the ideas, take advice, and not orders. Make sure your actions are a product of your decisions and conclusions. Consider what other people will say but always decide on what is best for you.
