Find everyday joy instead of stressing about life purpose

Instructions

  1. Stop trying to make sense of your life.
Don't worry about figuring out your life's purpose. Ask yourself, "What do I want now?" What are you up to right now? Who do you admire? What fascinates you? What would you do if you could be whomever you wanted to be right now? What are your plans for the weekend?
  2. Say goodbye to your past self.
Focus on who you are now rather than who you were in the past. Recognize that you owe nothing to your past self. So don't be sad if you didn't get what you wanted when you were younger. Instead, focus on living your everyday life as you want to, without feeling like you have to find a bigger meaning.
  3. Stop thinking and start doing.
Stop observing how lost you feel and start formulating plans of action that will push you in any beneficial direction now.
