Find a reason to wake up in the morning
- When you are reluctant to get up in the morning ask yourself: “What am I getting up for?”
By finding a purpose, a goal, an action to accomplish each day (even if small) you will always find the motivation to wake up in the morning.
- If you struggle to find a daily purpose to wake up, ask yourself: How do you want to be remembered when you are gone?
Make a list of things you want people to remember about you when you are gone.
- Read the list every night before bed.
Also, renew and modify the list regularly with your new goals, dreams, and projects.
