Find a reason to wake up in the morning

  1. When you are reluctant to get up in the morning ask yourself: “What am I getting up for?”
By finding a purpose, a goal, an action to accomplish each day (even if small) you will always find the motivation to wake up in the morning.
  2. If you struggle to find a daily purpose to wake up, ask yourself: How do you want to be remembered when you are gone?
Make a list of things you want people to remember about you when you are gone.
  3. Read the list every night before bed.
Also, renew and modify the list regularly with your new goals, dreams, and projects.
