Face your fears

  1. Ask yourself questions that will help you face your fears.
What is your purpose? What is it that you truly want?
  2. Find out your limitations.
Ask yourself, “What is holding me back from reaching my goals in life?”
  3. Move towards finding methods to cope with that fear.
Think about how you can overcome the challenges that are associated with those fears.
  4. Write permission slips to yourself.
Give yourself permission to be yourself via these slips. For example, you could write “Listen with passion”, “Ask for breaks”, etc.
  5. Keep the permission slips at your desk or at a place where you constantly see them.
Read the slips regularly to remind yourself of your intentions.
