Explore yourself and the world around you

Instructions

  1. Whenever you do something out of the ordinary, ask yourself, “I notice something was just different. What happened?”
Regardless of whether what you did was positive or negative, ask yourself this question whenever you do something different or unexpected.

  2. Ask your friends questions that you feel deeply curious about.
Aim to understand them better through these questions.

  3. Once a week, do something you’ve never done before.

  4. Talk to one stranger every week.

What was different about your experience? How could you engage differently in the future? What have you learned?

  6. Apply this curiosity to your smartphone use
Whenever you spend a significant amount of time on your smartphone, ask yourself, “What thoughts or feelings was I trying to avoid?”
