How to Apply This
This exercise will take 10 minutes, sit really comfortably to do it.

Step 1: Move your hands up as you take a breath in through your mouth, and down as you explode the breath out of your nose.

Step 2: Have your hands open. Feel whatever you feel.
Just take it in. And then just let your body relax, deeply. Begin to think of a moment in your life that you could feel really grateful for. It could be something rich, little, or it could be something big. It could be from your childhood, or from this week. It doesn’t matter. -
Step 3: Focus on three things, one at a time, that you want to accomplish.
Three things you want to achieve. Live it and feel it and experience it.
