Open your social media account where you think local businesses are most active.

Choose a local business you can find on your chosen social media account.
It’s best if you select a business you’re most familiar with. - 
Go to the social media page/account of your chosen business.
Scroll down their page and observe its content. - 
Evaluate its effectiveness in creating customer engagement by answering these questions:
Write your answers down.
- What types of content are they producing?
It could be informative, entertaining, persuasive, etc.
- Is the content timely and relevant?
- How does it manage its content? - 
Review your answers.
