Establish feedback loops to create a smooth and satisfying workflow

Instructions

  1. Develop a growth mindset by seeking feedback.
For example, if you are a student, take on new challenges which test your abilities. For example, you could work on difficult and complex projects or enroll in tough courses. The failures you may experience in taking on these new challenges provide a great opportunity to learn and improve yourself.

  2. Create a feedback loop to improve your work continuously.
For example, if you are reading a book, keep a pen in your hand and rewrite what you read in your own words. This feedback loop allows you to check your understanding of the text and improves your ability to express your understanding in words clearly and concisely.
