Engage in a new activity to keep your brain young

Instructions

  1. Identify one new activity that you’d like to participate in to keep your brain young.
Some examples of these activities are: practicing meditation, writing a book, learning to play an instrument, learning a new language, exercising, learning to play sports, taking a college course, and so on.
  2. Set a fixed time for when you’ll regularly do the activity.
Consistency is key. Once you’ve identified the activity you’d like to engage in, make sure to make it a part of your daily routine. Set aside time for participating in that activity, and be consistent until you master it! This is how you’ll keep your brain young.
