Embrace discomfort.

  1. Write down one thing you need to do but haven’t done yet because it’s uncomfortable.

  2. Remind yourself to embrace discomfort and do it!
If you want to achieve extraordinary things, you have to go over the boundaries of your tolerance; whenever you are comfortable, you do the opposite. For example, if you are comfortable not communicating with other people too much, get out and talk to strangers. Get out of your comfort zone and do what you need to do, despite being uncomfortable. This is how you will grow.
