Eliminate undue stress from your life

Instructions

  1. Listen to your body.
    When you feel anxious, slow down. When you feel tired, rest. When you feel unsure, hold off on making decisions and do some research. You know your body pretty well by now. Listen to it for unusual signs and take the necessary actions.
  2. Take breaks.
    Even when you don’t feel like you deserve one, take a break. Remember that taking a break isn’t something you earn; it’s something you need to do occasionally. Schedule vacation times in your calendar and actually take time off to do nothing. Avoid working every day of the week; have at least one day per week to rest totally instead.
  3. Sleep.
    Discipline yourself to go to bed early, especially knowing that you will be up early to work on your goals. Resist the urge to stay up to watch TV or play around on social media.
