  1. ** Identify the obstacles that are hindering you from achieving your goals.**
    Identify the obstacles you are experiencing right now that are caused by perfectionism. For example, delaying working on your goals because you're afraid of making a mistake.
  2. ** Write down how you'll solve those obstacles. Focus on the goal.
    Make a detailed plan to solve those obstacles and start taking small steps to accomplish that plan.
  3. ** Stack the odds before starting.** If your goal is to be physically fit, for example, and you plan to perform daily workouts, make it a habit to prepare your workout clothes the night before. This will make it easier for you to accomplish an important task.
  4. ** Get rid of perfectionism.**
    Allow yourself to fail, make mistakes and learn from your experiences.
  5. ** Celebrate success.**
    Celebrate your success along the process and use it as motivation to keep going. You can do it!
