Efficiently solve your problems by facing the facts.

Once you follow these three steps, you will have solved your problem.

Instructions

  1. Obtain the actual facts of the problem itself.
Make sure to secure objective, impartial facts that do not have any emotional attachments. It may help to pretend that you are collecting this information for someone other than yourself. This will help you eliminate your emotions. You could also pretend that you are a lawyer preparing a case against yourself. This will help you collect the facts that you don’t want to face.

  2. Write all these facts down.
Also write down what exactly you are worried about, and use your facts to come up with possible solutions. Write all these possible solutions down too.

  3. Read through your list and decide what to do.
    Then do it immediately!
