Eat to make your gut healthy

Instructions

  1. Don't eat gut-busting foods.
    Reduce or stop eating bad sugar, starch,  processed foods, packaged food, gluten, dairy, refined oils, etc.

  2. Eat foods that are good for your gut.
    Eat fermented or cultured foods. Example: tofu, coconut yogurt, tempeh, miso, kefir, pickled vegetables, etc.

  3. Eat foods that help develop healthy bacteria.
    Eat prebiotic and fiber-rich foods such as apples, seaweed, onions, garlic, leeks, dandelion greens, green tea, cranberry, beans, avocados, kale, lentils, spinach, figs, berries, etc.
