  3. Eat foods that help develop healthy bacteria.
    Eat prebiotic and fiber-rich foods such as apples, seaweed, onions, garlic, leeks, dandelion greens, green tea, cranberry, beans, avocados, kale, lentils, spinach, figs, berries, etc.
