Eat to improve longevity


  1. Eat disease-fighting food.
    Include lots of green leafy veggies and polyphenol-rich food.

    Do a 12-hour fast every day.

  3. Pay attention to your insulin resistance.
    Reduce starch such as bread, pasta, flour, refined grains, and rice. Reduce sugar as much as you can. Eat disease-fighting food, polyphenol-rich food, and good fats. Try to manage stress - use some meditation, yoga, or relaxing activities.

  4. Build muscles.
    Try high-intensity interval training, brief bursts of high-intensity exercise such as sprinting, and muscle growth using weights or your body weight are essential for improving your metabolic health and preserving and growing muscle.
