Instructions

  1. Eat brain-boosting food.
    Stop eating refined sugars, processed carbohydrates, and artificial sweeteners. Instead, eat fatty fish, berries, nuts and seeds, fiber-rich food, and fermented food.

  2. Take brain-boosting supplements.
    Omega 3 fats, vitamin b, zinc, selenium, and take vitamin D.

  3. Take care of your blood sugar.
    Don't skip meals; have a palm-sized serving of protein, healthy fats, and plant foods at each meal.
