Eat the right and healthy meal

Instructions

  1. Always eat a full breakfast.
For example, one full meal is baked eggs with arame, onions, carrots, or green vegetables and cultured vegetables. Drink a cup of chamomile tea sweetened with stevia.

  2. Eat a meal containing grains at least once per day.
Before cooking, soak the grains in water for at least 8-24 hours. They taste great with red potatoes that you can combine with onions, carrots, peas, and parsley.

  3. Do not use oil dressings for salads.
Oils are hard to digest. Try this dressing instead: one cup organic apple vinegar, ½ fresh squash of lemon juice, one cup water, 4tsp. Mustard, 1tsp. Pepper and Rosemary, and 1/2tsp. Sea salt and Xanthan gum. This is a dressing that's both simple and tasty.

  4. Introduce ocean vegetables to your diet.
Ocean vegetables naturally control pathogenic bacteria. For example, wakame gives soups and salads a pretty green color and a gentle flavor. Soak it until soft, then cut off the tough spine, chop it, and add it to your favorite soup or salad.

  5. Use stevia as a natural energy booster.
Try making 'acidophilus milk,' which prevents sugar cravings and is very tasty. In a blender, combine 1 cup of water, 1-3 drops of stevia, 1tbsp probiotic powder, 1tsp vanilla (non-alcoholic), and 1tsp lecithin granules.

  6. Whenever possible, buy organic foods.
Buy foods that are good for your body and health. Your healing journey starts with grocery shopping, so make sure you get the best and the freshest ingredients for your meals.
