Eat properly

Your body will run more efficiently and will allow you to feel great! Once you break your old habits, you’ll never go back to them.


  1. Your diet should be made up of at least 70% of the foods that are rich in water. That means fresh fruits or vegetables, or their freshly squeezed juices.
    To make sure that 70% of what you eat is rich in water, be certain to have a salad with each meal and eat fruits as a snack instead of sweets.

  2. Every day, start with fruits or fresh-squeezed juice.
    Fruits should be eaten on an empty stomach. Do not eat them as dessert.

  3. Take care to consume the right food combinations.
    Don’t eat starchy carbohydrates and protein in the same meal.

  4. Eliminate milk and limit other dairy products.
    Dairy products clog your digestive tract. Your body doesn’t need them.
