Eat more raw cultured vegetables

Instructions

  1. Include cultured vegetables in your meals.
    For example, you can use ½ raw cultured veggies in your meals when you are eating protein or starchy foods.

  2. Combine all your foods in a large bowl.
    Try new combinations like kale with ocean vegetables like wakame, dulse, and hijiki by soaking, draining, and chopping them. Add your favorite herbs like dill, caraway, juniper berries, or even lemon juice.

  3. Make cultured raw vegetables with your friends.
    Try chopping and packing the vegetables with your friends or family. Spend some time laughing and having fun!

  4. Use organic and well-cleaned veggies.
    Wash them well before eating.
