You can control your fear and not allow it to set you back. Remember: when you wait, you lose energy, momentum, and confidence, and your fear only grows.


  1. Think of your three biggest fears.
    What kind of influence have they had on your life? How would you act without them?

  2. Does fear prevent you from contacting someone who could help you?
    Remember that the biggest failure is not trying.

  3. Think of excuses you make because you are afraid of doing something.
    Be aware that these excuses are not a real reason to delay or stop taking action. Force yourself to act as soon as possible. You will be satisfied with your decision.
