Do things fast.

People are afraid of making wrong decisions, which causes them to not do things at all. It’s better to do things, even if they might be wrong, and learn from them. And doing things that are wrong is totally OK, as long as you learn from them.

Instructions

  1. Be constantly in the do mode.
Don’t think too much; just execute.

  2. Make decisions fast.
If you worry too much about not making the wrong call, you’re losing. You learn from doing things.
