In order to improve your presence, work on mindfulness. The best exercise to improve mindfulness is meditation; however, you can start in this simple way.


  1. Find a quiet place with no distractions.

  2. Set the timer for one minute.

  3. Close your eyes, and focus on one of these three things:

    1. Sounds around you
    2. Your breath
    3. The physical sensation of your toes
