Divide your day into segments of intentions


  1. When you enter a new segment in your day, set your intention for the segment
    Identify the elements that are most important to you in this segment of your life. For example, let’s say you have entered your car. You could set an intention that you will drive safely to your destination.

  2. Write down your intention
    Writing something down on paper is your strongest point of focus. Carry a small notebook. Stop and write down your intentions when you enter a new segment.
