Dismantle limiting beliefs about money

Instructions

  1. Be mindful of the power of your subconscious mind.
    Meditate regularly to be more aware of the power of your subconscious. Notice when you feel frustrated, as this indicates that your subconscious mind is working against you.

  2. Notice your blocks.
    Reflect on your past and present situation and identify patterns in your own behavior towards handling money. Write these patterns down in your journal.

  3. List down the financial beliefs that are holding you back.

  4. List down a new set of financial beliefs aligned with your goals.
    This should replace the old limiting beliefs that prevent you from achieving your goals.

  5. Program those new beliefs into your subconscious mind.
    Act them out. When you’ve achieved a subconscious reprogramming that aligns your subconscious beliefs with your conscious desires combined with the appropriate knowledge, your reality will begin to shift rapidly.
