  2. Reflect in a journal every evening.
    A few minutes at the end of your day should be more than enough to reflect on what has happened, what could have gone better, and what important lessons you have learned.
  3. Discuss important ideas over breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
    By sharing information, creative ideas, and honest thoughts, you can find the greatest resources to make important changes in your life and become successful.
