  1. Keep learning new topics.
    Continue reading about things that make you curious, expanding your awareness about anything you want to learn about.

  2. Identify how you learn best.
    List down all your skills and briefly describe how you learned them. Learn from your steps, as this will help you clearly identify how you learn best.

  3. Cultivate positive self-talk.
    Write down all the positive things you know are true about yourself instead of affirmations your brain won’t likely believe. A good foundation is looking back through your past, identifying the challenges you’ve faced and how you conquered them.

  4. Practice gratitude.
    To counter the brain’s negativity bias, write down ten things you’re grateful for daily. Or, write three things you're grateful for but expand them into three paragraphs for each.
