Eat this food from the allowed list for ten days of detoxication and cleanse:
- Pasture-raised chicken, turkey, duck, pheasant
- Anchovies, clams, cod, crab, flounder/sole, herring, small halibut
- Nuts
- Seeds
- Nut/seed butter and flours: unsweetened almond, cashew, pecan, macadamia, walnut, coconut
- Grass-fed ghee; humanely raised tallow, lard, duck fat organic extra virgin olive oil (low- or medium-heat cooking); sesame seed oil; tahini; walnut oil.
- Non-starchy plants
- Starchy plants: yam, sweet potatoes, winter squash, pumpkin (limited to ½ cup per day)
- Green beans, green peas
- non-GMO soy, tempeh, chickpeas
- Quinoa
- Organic blackberries, blueberries, cranberries
- Purified water, herbal tea, seltzer, mineral water

Eat a certain number of hours, then do fasting.
For example, eat for 12 hours, then fast for 12 hours. Also, have a regular sleeping schedule. -
Have the same bedtime for these ten days of cleansing and detoxification.
