  2. Ask your team, ‘What is our reason for being?’
    This refers to the purpose of the business.
  3. Ask your team, ‘What is our niche?’
  4. Debate and talk as a group.
    Analyze your team’s answer and discuss defining statements that describe your organization. 
  5. Write down your core focus in three to seven words.
    A core focus is written in simple language; it’s big and bold, has an ‘aha’ effect, comes from the heart, involves everyone, and is not about money.
