Instructions

  1. Keep reminding yourself to think and act the way you want to be.
    Be aware of your thoughts and actions every day. Make sure you act based on your intention and how you want to be. Remind yourself about it by saying affirmations like, “I want to give thanks for different aspects of my life while I take my morning shower. I have to stay on track while I drive to work, so I’m going to be joyous during the whole trip. How will I be as this new ideal when I see my boss? Let me remind myself to take a moment at lunch and remember who I want to be. When I see my kids this evening, I will be elevated and have abundant energy, and we’ll truly connect. I want to take a minute while I get ready for bed and remind myself who I am being.”.

  2. Trust that the events in your life will be tailored to your conscious intentions.
    Let go of your worries about the future. Instead, leave that up to the greater mind who knows what is best for you.

  3. Look forward to exciting events that will happen in your life.
    It could be facing new opportunities, coincidences, flow, effortless change, better health, insights, revelations, mystical experiences, new relationships, etc. 
    Remember that your creation will come in a way that you will least expect that will surprise you, and leave no doubt that it came from a higher order.

  4. Reflect on how your day went by asking yourself these questions every night:
    Come up with a solid answer and attend to it with thoughtfulness. This will mentally prepare you to refine the new and improved version of yourself.
     - How did I do today?
     - When did I fall from grace, and why?
     - Who was it I reacted to, and where?
     - When did I “go unconscious”?
     - How can I do better the next time that happens?
