Delete apps that distract you.

You will be free of unnecessary notifications and information, and you will be able to focus on important parts of your life.


  1. Decide which apps on your phone distract you most and prevent you from being focused.
    This can also apply to pop-up alerts and checking emails.

  2. Delete them.
    You have to be sure that your goals are more important than push notifications to not download the app again the next day. You may even need to silence your phone.
