Delegate your tasks to minimise stress

Instructions

  1. Delegate tasks when you are in a situation from which you will reap little benefits
For example, if you need someone to tie up loose ends, or if you need help getting started with a daunting project, it’s best to delegate!

  2. Identify the tasks to be delegated
Do a task yourself only when it is meaningful to you, or if you will benefit positively from it. Also consider whether you can afford to do the tasks, or if your time would be better spent elsewhere.

  3. Choose who to delegate each task to.
Your delegates should be trustworthy and capable of completing the task effectively. Also, ensure they have enough time for the task.
