Define your 10-year target


  1. Meet with your leadership team.
  2. Ask everyone, ‘How far out in the future you would like to look,’ and ‘What do you believe our revenue should be?’
    Sometimes these numbers and wishes won’t be in alignment. That is okay. Every employee sees the organization differently, so you need to take them on the right path. 
  3. Write down your 10-year goal.
    You will know the right goal from the answer you got in the previous steps. It will be the one that creates passion, excitement, and energy for every person in the organization whenever it’s repeated.
